“Janis Roze bookstore” Internet shop offers books to registered and unregistered users. However, POSTPONED PURCHASE is available only to registered users. Information follows.
Registration
In order to become a registered user of “Janis Roze bookstore” Internet shop, click LOG IN on the menu. Authorization form will open in the right upper corner; click the link NEW USER and enter the required information.
Every registered user of "Janis Roze bookstore” Internet shop gets access to their personal catalogue "MY INFO" which stores personal data and information about the books placed in SHOPPING BASKET but not purchased yet - POSTPONED PURCHASE. This is your personal information, and it will be available only after you enter your user name and password.
If you forget your password, enter the user name in the suggested form and you will be emailed the forgotten information.
If you are a registered user but you want to make some changes, enter your user name and password, and choose the option – CHANGE REGISTRATION DATA.
Menu item SHOPPING BASKET shows the books placed there earlier but not purchased yet.
Non-registered users
Books are also available to non-registered users. However, they will have to enter contact information every time when making a purchase, and there will be no option POSTPONED PAYMENT available. Information available under "Book search and purchase".
Book search and purchase
Choose the topic of interest from the list on the left hand side. When a list of subtopics opens, choose the topic from the list. A detailed description of the book will open. If you want to add the book to SHOPPING BASKET, click ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET. You can add several books.
If you want to view or edit purchase information and make a purchase, go to menu SHOPPING BASKET. Here you can choose the number of books, delete the book from SHOPPING BASKET, confirm the type and place of delivery and payment method. If you change the number of items, the total payment amount has to be recalculated.
Delivery terms Direct delivery possible only within Riga city borders. For purchases below 20 LVL, delivery fee is set 2 LVL. For purchases above 20 LVL, delivery is free of charge.If you choose cash payment and direct delivery, books will be delivered by the end of the following day.
If you want to pay by money transfer and choose direct delivery, books will be delivered after the money has been transferred into company “Janis Roze”, Ltd. account (if you want to receive books sooner, send the payment order by fax to 67370922).
If you want to pay by bank card and choose direct delivery, books will be delivered by the end of the following day.
If you want to pay by money transfer and choose delivery by Latvia mail service, books will be delivered after the money has been transferred into company “Janis Roze”, LTD. account
within 2 days in Latvia,
within a week to any European country,
within 2 weeks to any other country of the world.

Postponed purchase
If you have added books to SHOPPING BASKET but you want to postpone purchase for later, information will be available at SHOPPING BASKET next time when you connect to the system (by entering user name and password). You will then be able to finalize or make changes to the purchase and confirm it. This option is available to registered users only.
To exit the system, click EXIT SYSTEM in the catalogue "MY INFO".
